Akai S2800

This time, it was a fairly simple fix. The backlight in Akai S2800 sampler wasn’t working. The NI05-05-5 converter module, which generates the voltage for the LCD backlight (CCFL lamps), needed replacing. This component is quite difficult to find, but the device’s owner (Arek, best regards) bought one on a foreign auction site. These modules, as well as this type of backlight, were used in many devices from that era. If you don’t have one, you can successfully use a module from Aliexpress with an input voltage of 5V DC (in this case) and an output voltage of 120-160V AC.
